With over 27 years of experience in real estate brokerage and property valuation, Shaun Rudgear brings an unparalleled level of expertise to the medical practice brokerage industry. His background includes 13 years as an owner and administrator of three medical practices and more than 6 years specializing in medical practice valuation and brokerage services for private healthcare companies.
As the first and only medical practice broker to earn the Master Certified Business Intermediary (MCBI) designation from the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), Shaun’s industry knowledge is unmatched. In addition, he is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), a designation that reflects advanced training in helping business owners plan and execute successful transitions that maximize value and support long-term personal and financial goals. His expertise, combined with sharp negotiation skills and a deep understanding of marketplace trends, has led to numerous successful practice transitions.
Shaun’s leadership experience also extends beyond brokerage. He previously served as Past President of the Arizona Business Brokers Association and held leadership roles with a national property tax consulting firm. His outstanding contributions to the industry were recognized in 2022 when he received the IBBA Chairman’s Circle Award, a distinction earned by only 98 brokers nationwide.
