Drawing from a rich background spanning 31 years in healthcare, Marta held the CEO position at Hospital General Medellín, one of Latin America’s leading public hospitals. Today, as a Partner and Business Broker at Strategic Medical Brokers, she plays an integral role in advising healthcare practice owners and supporting the firm’s continued growth.

Dr. Sepúlveda brings extensive leadership and operational experience to the firm, helping evaluate practice opportunities, refine internal strategies, and guide clients through the early stages of the transition process. Her background as a hospital executive provides valuable insight into healthcare operations, financial performance, and strategic planning.

Additionally, Dr. Sepúlveda screens incoming leads and works closely with qualified buyers regarding our listing inventory. She speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

When not working, Dr. Sepúlveda enjoys traveling, sailing, scuba diving, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
